Stanley C. Parks was born in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Loyola University and the University of Notre Dame. Stan was a Naval Officer in WWII and graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry and did private practice dentistry in Chicago and Aurora, Illinois. He was Associate Professor at Northwestern University School of Dentistry. Retirement was spent on water, cruising the East Coast, Florida and the Bahama Islands on his boat the Lady Norie III, with his “Only Mate.” He has a professional captain’s license. When not on water he was on stage performing local theater and television. He is a sculptor and writer and now lives in Spokane, Washington.
